Coming to a theater near you: Al Sharpton.

Hollywood came to the Rev. Al Thursday as embattled Sony exec Amy Pascal met privately with the black leader for 90 minutes in a bid to fix the fallout from the cyberhacking leak of embarrassing, racially charged emails.

Pascal agreed to let Sharpton have a say in how Sony makes motion pictures, in an effort to combat what he called inflexible and immovable racial exclusion in Hollywood.

We have agreed to having a working group deal with the racial bias and lack of diversity in Hollywood, said Sharpton.

He said Sony would work closely with his National Action Network,the National Urban League, the NAACP and the Black Womens Round Table to see if we can come up with an immediate plan to deal with it.

The meeting, held behind closed doors at the Greenwich Hotel, also included National Urban League president Marc Morial.

Our interest is seeing to it that Sony is on the right side of changing Hollywood, Morial said.

Sharpton called the conversation candid but stopped short of calling for Pascals head after she was exposed making racist remarks about President Obama with Hollywood producer Scott Rudin.

So the jury is still out on where we go with Amy, Sharpton said. We clearly are willing to deal with an immediate formula to see where we deal with breaking down the walls of inflexible and so far immovable racial exclusion in Hollywood.

He was mum on the exact details of the plan to work with Sony but added, We are not going to be satisfied until we see something concrete done.

*The Rev. Al Sharpton on Thursday said that the jury is still out on where we go with embattled Sony Pictures Entertainment Co-Chairman Amy Pascal, who came under pressure after a cyberattack exposed her racist email exchange with a Hollywood producer.

However, Sharpton stopped short of calling for Pascals resignation, reports the Los Angeles Times.

Sharpton met with the studio head for 90 minutes Thursday at a Manhattan hotel where they agreed to set up a working group to deal with racial bias and the lack of diversity in the film industry.

Pascals meeting with Sharpton comes a week after she apologized for a leaked email exchange in which she made racially insensitive remarks about President Obama.

In a sidewalk news conference outside the Greenwich Hotel after their meeting, Sharpton said he told Pascal that the tone of the remarks in her hacked emails were the byproduct of an exclusionary, almost all-white hierarchy an environment that still resembles 1950s America.

Pascals leaked exchanges with producer Scott Rudin included remarks that suggested Obamas taste in movies would be limited to films with black themes and casts. Both have apologized for the remarks.

Sharpton said Sony had agreed to assemble a working group that will collaborate with Sharptons National Action Network, the National Urban League, the NAACP and the Black Womens Roundtable on ways to address racial bias in Hollywood.

Urban League President Marc Morial, also present at the discussion, characterized the conversation as candid and productive.

As far as moving forward, our interest is in changing Hollywood, said Morial. Our interest is seeing to it that Sony is on the right side of changing Hollywood.

Tax fraud is a serious crime, tweeted New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman, in a boast about the indictment of the Syracuse owner of an auto-repair shop for his failure to pay $125,000 in sales taxes hed collected.

Schneiderman is right that evading taxes is a serious matter.

Unless, that is, youre Al Sharpton.

Turns out Rev. Al still owes Albany $916,000 from tax liens filed against him between 2008 and 2010. And while Sharpton recently insisted to The New York Times hed paid off those liens, state officials say otherwise.

Nor is this Sharptons first and only tax difficulty. On the contrary: Hes long been in fiscal hot water with state and federal authorities over unpaid taxes, non-existent record-keeping and improper use of non-profit funds for personal expenses.

And lets not forget the two fires six years apart that conveniently destroyed Sharptons financial records just as he was about to turn them over to officials.

His current outstanding liens reportedly total more than $4.5 million, which hes been paying down.

But save for a 1993 guilty plea to a misdemeanor count of failing to file a return, Sharpton has never faced criminal tax-related charges. Officials have always accepted his explanation that when it comes to keeping finances straight, hes simply in over his head.

This despite his serial tax problems including the kind of practices the US Treasurys inspector general has called potentially criminal if done willfully. Meanwhile, he lives high on the hog.

So heres a question for New Yorks attorney general: When will we see a Schneiderman tweet about the Rev. Als unpaid taxes?
