Jorge Ramos spars with Ann Coulter over her comparison of …

In her first interview ahead of the publication of her new book, Adios, America! conservative commentator Ann Coulter stood by her claim that Americans should fear immigrants from Mexico more than ISIS, the extremist group making gains across Iraq and Syria.

I have a little tip. If you dont want to be killed by ISIS, dont go to Syria. If you dont want to be killed by a Mexican, theres nothing I can tell you, Coulter said in an interview Tuesday with Fusions Jorge Ramos.

After several seconds of silence from a rather stunned audience, she added, Very easy to not be killed by ISIS. Dont fly to Syria.

Are you really sayingwere talking about 40 million immigrants in this country? Ramos said. When he pressed Coulter further, she suggested that certain cultures are obviously deficient.

There are a lot of problems with that culture, she said of Mexico. Hopefully it can be changed. But we can share our culture with other nations without bringing all of their people here.

America is the best in the world, she added, and we are about to lose it. Everyone who lives here is going to lose that. She said those whod be most hurt by the introduction of new cultures to the United States would be vulnerable groups like women and children and animals and plants.

Coulter and Ramos squared off Tuesday in an interview in which they debated how to reform the U.S.s immigration laws.

Coulter also took questions from the studio audience. After Coulter gave an answer to a previous questioner in which she said young, undocumented immigrants should be barred from paying in-state tuition at state university systems, audience member Gaby Pacheco asked Coulter a more simple question.

Can I give you a hug? she said.

I wouldnt today, Coulter replied, laughing. Im recovering from the worst flu Ive ever had.

Ann Coulter: GOP hopefuls are bozos and morons (Also …

Heres how you profile Ann Coulter by the numbers. Job well done, Daily Beast!

Lloyd Groves new piece has it all multiple Ted Kennedy cracks, a sexy description of what shes wearing, provocative but not too serious conversation about immigration, and finally an Adolf Hitler kicker.

Here are the highlights!

Ann Coulter arrives. The Daily Beast swoons:

She wears tight, seemingly painted-on jeans, a hint of midriff showing beneath her blouse; at 53, she still rocks that Vixen of the Right thing that once promptedPlayboyto ask her to take it all off. In a rare display of caution, she declined.

Requisite denial that her act is mere right-wing performance art:

I dont know why liberals find this idea about me comfortable .I have summer-camp friendswho, when they see people say this is just an act, she doesnt really believe itthey would write indignant letters and say, No. She would march up to me on the hiking trail and explain that Nixon was being lied about.

Her new (topic of latest book goes here) book is about how everything is Ted Kennedys fault:

(It was) an evil-genius plan to change the country. Obama never could have been elected in this country but for Teddy Kennedys immigration act. Never, never, ever, ever!

In order to change this country to one more favorable to crazy liberal policies, Democrats passedand Republicans were hoodwinked into passingthis crazy 1965 immigration law that has changed the country in shocking and dramatic ways This has been our law for 50 years now, and I blame the Republicans for idiotically continuing it. As for these idiot Tea Partiers or whichever conservatives are idol-worshipping Ronald Reagan, he was great for his time, but it was a different world. I dont think hes going down as the greatest president when he signed an amnesty law.

Ann Coulter: Pictures, Videos, Breaking News

Watching the news these days is like watching a long-running soap opera. You can tune out for years, check back and discover that your favorite character is still dying or still having that baby.

The source of my aggravation? The casual assumption that there is a "Christian" position on the issue of sexual orientation and gender identity, an uncontroversial point of doctrine that all Christians share in common.

Who would have imagined that a national party, never mind the Republican Party, would be so opposed to finding any solution for the almost 12 million undocumented people already here that they would risk our national security during the dangerous time we are in now? Yet that's the reality of the GOP today, and it's our responsibility to hold them accountable.

When the people we entrust with our health and wellbeing use the term "retarded," they grant legitimacy to a word that has been deemed offensive by the culture at large. They cause harm to the very people they have pledged to heal.

This time around she's decided to offer up her wisdom on how the Republican Party ought to go about winning over Latino voters -- in her mind, by abandoning the effort altogether.

In Entebbe on August 9, more than one hundred LGBT Ugandans celebrated the first Pride Uganda since the Constitutional Court overturned the draconian Anti-Homosexuality Act (AHA) for being passed without a quorum.

What would be exceptional is if we looked at our border crisis as a humanitarian situation, and we reflected on our responsibility for helping fuel it in the first place. If we looked at it from the broader standpoint of what is compassionate, as opposed to the more narrower one of what is legal.

Contest: What Will The GOP Cave On Next?

Bloomberg News ran a happy news story this week about the surprising development of Republicans joining Democrats in their effort to end our incarceration generation by the simple expedient of putting fewer criminals in prison.

Astronomically low crime rates may be one of the greatest public policy triumphs in history. All this time, liberals have been lying in wait, dying to undo all the accomplishments of the last 20 years. A quarter century of peace | Read More

Its beginning to look as if the Democratic Party cant whip African-Americans into an anti-white frenzy to turn out on Election Day, and then say, OK, thanks, guys! Thats all we need.

I gather from the increasing hysteria of the feminists that Democrats are beginning to rebel at having a loser of a presidential candidate being foist upon them, in the person of Hillary Clinton.

Usually liberals have the decency to wait a few months after one of their rape fantasies collapses to start citing the case as unresolved it was a tie, the game was rained out, well never know what happened.

From the Duke lacrosse team, the Columbia mattress girl and the University of Virginia, the left has not been able to produce one actual rape on a college campus.

Ann Coulter On Michelle Obama Speech: Haven’t We Made Up …

Conservative author and columnist Ann Coulter on Monday night joined the conservative freak out about First Lady Michelle Obama's recent university commencement speech that touched on race in America.

Coulter appeared on the Fox News show Hannity and criticized Obama's speech, saying America has done "enough" to make up for slavery and that the first lady was "crying racism" by discussing challenges faced by black Americans.

Obama opened up about race during her speech Saturday to graduates of Tuskegee University in Alabama. She said that she and the President faced their own difficulties before coming to the White House and told students to expect "daily slights" and prejudice.

Coulter started her "Hannity" appearance by commending the other guests for their analysis of Obamas commencement speech.

But now were going to get the black perspective on this, Coulter said.

Is that yours? host Sean Hannity asked. With the blonde hair? Okay.

Coulter launched into a rant that included a reference to something she described as the "predator class," which, she said, mostly is attacking hardworking black people with jobs." She did not explain what she meant by those things.

Yes, America does owe black America for slavery, for the Democratic policies of Jim Crow, Coulter said. I think weve were making it up now. When, you know, youre getting admitted to Princeton when you cant read, is that enough yet?

It's unclear what Coulter's reference to Princeton was about. On Tuesday morning, another conservative commentator took to Fox News to say that the first lady, who graduated from Princeton University and Harvard Law School, was the beneficiary of "affirmative action" by attending the former.

On "Hannity," the host scoffed at the Princeton reference, telling Coulter that people have to be able to read to get into the university. But Coulter continued her rant.
