ANGER! Expressive ARTS And the Madonna Whore
I just screamed straight from my throat and solar plexus for 45 minutes straight. Bastard ex boyfriend! Bastard parents! Kali ROAR!!!!!! (I filmed myself screaming while hoop dancing too. I #39;ll show you later. It #39;s pretty cool.) I forget how incredibly imperative expression is. When I was making videos every day- it wasn #39;t so much for others. I made them so I may generate life force. It #39;s as if I have a gear linked to my soul and when I create- speak and am witnessed gunk moves and I can fly. So I made my daily schedule, its an Artist to do list: Since creative expression is how I receive life force and move kundalini energy: It is my most important spiritual practice. I express myself every day! 1) I choose To make a video every day. It doesn #39;t matter if I post it, but it contains authentic- emotional output and personal insights. 2) I choose to write every day 3) I choose to express through art, dance and or various forms of creativity every day. Without censorship! (silly mind. I send you love but SHUT UP!) I am also not judging myself any more. I have for a long time... But the judgment comes from me not understanding me. Why am I not like everyone else? Why is it hard for me an easy for everyone else. Yet... Look what I can do that no one else does... We are each here to blaze our own path. But I love myself as a chaotic- "psycho", insightful, inspiring, Kali- Aphrodite- rainbow child- artist PRIESTESS Reminding us how powerful we are.
