Former Csi: Crime Scene Investigation star Gary Dourdan has filed for bankruptcy again.
Court documents obtained by People magazine, show the actor successfully filed chapter 11 last week (22Jan15) after declaring he had just over $900 (Gbp600) in his bank account. The legal papers also suggest he had missed four payments to creditors and owed over $14,000 (Gbp9,300).
Dourdan also pays $1,500 (Gbp1,000)-per-month to ex-partner Jennifer Sutton in child support payments for their daughter Nyla.
The actor first filed for bankruptcy in August, 2011, according to Tmz.com.
Dourdan played Warrick Brown on Csi and left the series in 2008 - the same year he was charged with three counts of felony drug possession. He pleaded guilty to cocaine and ecstasy possession.
He was also arrested in 2011 for felony battery after allegedly breaking the nose of his then-girlfriend, Nicole Cannizzaro.
