Is your sitting of the CPA exam coming up in just a few months time? Or more dauntingly, will the date of it have arrived in just a couple of short weeks? Perhaps its even in just a couple of days? First thing is first: keep a cool head and chill for now. This exam is a difficult one, but it doesnt consist of rocket science. Its harder than that. Just kidding. Long ago, you found the best CPA training that you could get your hands on, and you studied the content really hard, and then finally nearer to exam time, you revised over that material. The DAT certification, whilst not the most talked about one of all of the accountancy related certs, is not to be underestimated. Its a very highly thought of addition to any persons CV, and if you gain it on your own CV, you will find that potential employers treat it as such. You literally could get into a situation where there is somebody else who is just as qualified and just as strong a candidate as you, trying to get the job you want, except you have one thing over them: you own the DAT cert and that really could be the deciding factor that swings things your way.
So in terms of achieving the DAT cert, theres a few things you need to do. First, study hard. It almost goes without saying because you already know this. Nobody gets anywhere in life without hard work, period. That said, there are smart ways to work hard, and unsmart ways to work hard. You need to make sure that you do not fit yourself into the latter category. The smart way to work hard in your scenario is to choose one of the best DAT prep courses. Its hard to know which one specifically that you should choose though, so you really should compare DAT reviews before you make a confirmed choice.

Reverend Al Sharpton organized a rally that drew thousands of people to the City of Sanford in the weeks before George Zimmerman was arrested for shooting Trayvon Martin. Now, Sanford is one of 28 cities where Sharpton's National Action Network is calling for rallies when the Ferguson, Missouri, grand jury decision is announced.
Mayor Jeff Triplett said the Sanford Police Department is prepared for protests, just as it was when the verdict came down in the George Zimmerman case.
"What we've seen in the past in Sanford and Central Florida is that people just don't want to see that," Triplett said.
There were marches, but Sanford made it through Trayvon Martin's shooting and the Zimmerman trial without a single act of violence.
Triplet said he attributes it to the community pulling together.
"Not only law enforcement, but City Hall, our pastors and preachers stepped up to form a main group to go out and say, 'This isn't who we are,'" he said.
