Writing is an art, and many people feel they aren't talented enough to put together a well-worded review. 3. People who are concerned about privacy do not want their words, names or pictures used anywhere.

1. Make giving a testimonial a one-step process
The fewer steps a person has to take to leave a testimonial, the less likely they are to abandon the process. Remember, the customer is going out of their way to do the company a favor -- so don't make it hard on them.
