Give me just five minutes and I will share with you the problems that schools are having right now and I how I can fix them. In the past, there was one webmaster that dealt with every single change that had to be made on the website. This is because web design had a very difficult learning curve. You had to know things like HTML, PHP, Adobe Dreamweaver, and graphic design just to get started. Then there are the advanced skill sets like Adobe Flash, Ruby on Rails, JavaScript and others that made you a true web master. Just bringing up these programs and languages makes me exhausted.
