I just screamed straight from my throat and solar plexus for 45 minutes straight. Bastard ex boyfriend! Bastard parents! Kali ROAR!!!!!! (I filmed myself screaming while hoop dancing too. I made them so I may generate life force. It #39;s as if I have a gear linked to my soul and when I create- speak and am witnessed gunk moves and I can fly. So I made my daily schedule, its an Artist to do list: Since creative expression is how I receive life force and move kundalini energy: It is my most important spiritual practice. I express myself every day! 1) I choose To make a video every day.
