Reports suggest that Gal Gadots portrayal of Wonder Woman, much like Henry Cavills Superman, has been left in limbo by the new management at DC. As a result, it is now rumored that Gadots appearance in the upcoming The Flash movie will also be removed.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Dwayne Johnson has been implicated in the convoluted situation surrounding Henry Cavills return and subsequent departure from the DC Universe. It is due to his initial public announcement of Cavills comeback, followed by his retraction of that statement a mere two months later. Despite Dwayne Johnsons stance on the matter, it seems that James Gunn isnt on the same page. The new head of DC has devised a plan to expand their universe, sidelining Henry Cavill and removing him from future projects, including his intended appearance in The Flash cameo.

James Gunn has faced heavy criticism for his decision to remove Henry Cavills Superman from future DC projects. Many fans of the character have expressed their disappointment and frustration, claiming that Cavill has done an excellent job portraying the iconic superhero and that he deserves to continue in the role.
