Need Free Printing Software for Windows – All Other Applications – BleepingComputer

On my Linux PC, I can basically plug in any printer or scanner and the software I need is already installed. Any extra drivers that are needed are basically self-installed by Linux. Unfortunately, things are never that simple with Windows.

I found a scanner program that works great (NAPS2), but now I need simple printing software. I have two printers that aren't compatible with Windows 10 or 7 (yes, I know it's not supported). Is there a simple program that would allow me to print documents with either of the printers? Right now I'm mostly interested in using the program on Windows 7.

And to be honest, I don't really need the printer manufacturers crapware on my computers anyway. And I'd like to add: thank goodness for Linux. I still don't know how to use it exactly, but it's so much better than Windows.
