George Zimmerman, who was arrested for aggravated assault, battery-domestic violence and criminal mischief will not face charges, said State Attorney Phil Archer.

Zimmerman was arrested Nov. 18 after his girlfriend, Samantha Scheibe, called police.

Scheibe recently recanted the domestic-violence allegations she originally made during the November dispute, according to court documents.

"He has his freaking gun breaking all of my stuff right now," she told the dispatcher on the 911 call.

Scheibe could be heard yelling at Zimmerman on the call.

"I'm doing this again? You just broke my glass table. You just broke my sunglasses and you put your gun in my freaking face," she said.

According to Scheibe, she asked Zimmerman to leave the home and he began packing his belongings, including a shotgun and an assault rifle. She said Zimmerman cocked the shotgun and then took it out of his bag.

Archer said it was clear that there was probable cause for the arrest by the Seminole County Sheriffs Office, but that "upon reviewing the recent affidavit of Ms. Scheibe and taking into account the conflicting statements about what occurred, the failure to cooperate with the ongoing investigation, and a lack of any other corroborating evidence or witnesses, there is no reasonable likelihood of successful prosecution.
