Hillary Clinton trolls Trump after court refuses to reinstate immigration ban – Washington Examiner

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton trolled President Trump after a federal appeals court unanimously ruled Thursday against reinstating his controversial immigration ban.

The three-judge panel of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals decided to keep in place the temporary restraining order that stopped Trump's ban, which suspended immigration from Iraq, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan and Yemen for 90 days. It halted the country's refugee resettlement program for 120 days and banned Syrian refugees from the U.S. indefinitely.

"We hold that the government has not shown a likelihood of success on the merits of its appeal, nor has it shown that failure to enter a stay would cause irreparable injury, and we therefore deny its emergency motion for a stay," the court wrote.

Trump exploded on Twitter shortly after the decision was announced.

"SEE YOU IN COURT, THE SECURITY OF OUR NATION IS AT STAKE!" the tweet said.
