1) The prize comprises: a) Return flights for four in economy class from a London airport of our choice to Ibiza Airport, Spain; b) Return private airport transfers between the airport and the hotel in Playa den Bossa, Ibiza; c) Five nights' accommodation in a 5* hotel in Playa den Bossa on an all-inclusive board basis (buffet breakfast, lunch, dinner. Selected local-brand alcohol, soft drinks, tea and coffee) based on the winner and their companions sharing two rooms (subject to availability); d) 4 x VIP tickets to Pacha including VIP entry, table in VIP area and two bottles of spirits with mixers; e) Travel insurance for four.

2) The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of their Congratulations Letter from Element and at least six weeks in advance of his/her preferred departure date or the prize may be forfeited.

3) The prize must be taken and completed within 12 months of winner notification and cannot be redeemed between 19 December 2014 4 January 2015 (inclusive); 3 - 6 April 2015 (inclusive); 1-31 August 2015(inclusive) and during Bank/Public Holidays in the UK (4 & 25 May 2015).

4) The prize winner and their companions must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to Spain. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to organize and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for themselves and their travelling companion.

5) Travel insurance terms exclude pre-existing medical conditions and insurance is subject to standard policy excesses and an upper age limit of 74 years.

6) The prize winner and their companions must all be over the age of 18. Please note that either the prize winner or one of their companions will need a current and valid credit card in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure that they and/or their companions adhere to the local laws in Spain. It is highly recommended that the prize winner and their companion obtain advice from a medical professional in advance of travelling and ensure that vaccinations are up to date.

7) Pacha is open nightly between the months of April and October. Entry to Pacha excludes certain event nights and is prohibited to anyone under the age of 18. Admission to Pacha is at the sole discretion of the venue, must be before 2:30am and dress code applies.
