MZN Property Group, the owner of Polish real estate site Morizon.pl and several other real estate verticals, increased its revenue by 25.3% and adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBIDTA) by 76% in FY2019, according to preliminary financial results released by the company.

MZN Property earned revenue of PLN 33.2 million ($8.4 million U.S.) last year up from PLN26.5 million in FY2019. Included in this number are PLN 17.7 million from the real estate segement and 15.5 from financial services.

MZN Propertys EBIDTA was PLN 3,7 million ($930,548 U.S.) last year. In FY2018, the company reported EBIDTA of PLN 2.1 million ($528,149 U.S.).

In 2017, MZN Property listed on the main board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (code: MZN) after moving its listing from NewConnect. It changed its name from Morizon to MZN Property in September as part of a new strategy to build a one-stop shop for the real estate market.

Each segment is served by MZN Propertys subsidiaries, which include real estate verticals Morizon.pl, Nportal.pl, Domy.pl, Oferty.net, Komercyjne.pl and Noweinwestycje.pl. The company also owns Virtal Sp. z o.o., which provides internet marketing services primarily to Morizon.pl and Nportal.pl and financial services site FinPack, as well as mortgage distribution platform Lendi.
