A theme that Ive always been interested in is the way that the internet will reshape the luxury sector. Its a paradox: on the one hand, the internet is completely transforming marketing, a trend which luxury brands, whose premium pricing power is based on marketing (understood in its broad sense), simply cannot ignore; on the other hand, the internet is byessence a leveling phenomenon; luxury brands need to maintain an air of exclusivity; can you do so if you push updates to a Facebook Page like Doritos does?

So Im glad to see that Gregory Pouy, one of the sharpest digital marketing analysts out there, put out anotherone of his legendary marketing presentations, this one on the future of the luxury shopping experience.
