Osceola County Sheriff's detectives still seek the public's help in identifying anyone who shot bullet holes in a Kissimmee Police Department vehicle in Buenaventura Lakes early Friday morning.

At approximately 11:44 a.m. that morning, Osceola County Sheriff's deputies responded to a residence in the area off Osceola Parkway. According to a Sheriff's spokesperson, they spoke with a KPD officer who indicated he observed several bullet holes in his marked patrol car. The car was unoccupied and parked in front of his residence. A witness told deputies she heard what appeared to be shots fired at approximately 4:45 a.m. but did not see anyone. The KPD officer did not notice the bullet holes in his vehicle until later in the morning when he went outside later in the morning.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Osceola County Sheriff's Office at 407-348-2222 or Crimeline at 800-423-TIPS (8477). Calls made to Crimeline remain anonymous, and tips that lead to the felony arrest of suspects and/or the recovery of stolen property and drugs are eligible for cash rewards of up to $1,000.
