Osceola County will hold a workshop tonight regarding the planning and management of its boat ramps, and the public is invited to attend a workshop to offer input on the analysis and design.

The meeting, scheduled for tonight from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Osceola Heritage Park Extension Services building, will be in regards to the following ramps: Ralph V. Chisholm Park Boat Ramp, Partin Triangle Park Boat Ramp, Sexton Boat Ramp, Granada Boat Ramp, Southport Park Boat Ramp and Whaleys Boat Ramp. County staff and representative consultants involved with developing the final plans will be in attendance to answer questions and participate in the discussion on preliminary conceptual plans. Comments received from the public for these boat ramps will be used to refine the Boat Ramp Master Plan for all 12 boat ramps managed by Osceola County.
