Mentally disabled Kissimmee man missing

Police News Monday, 24 June 2013 14:03 Osceola County deputies are searching for a 22 year-old mentally disabled man last seen on Sunday and reported missing this morning.

Adam Ross Smith of Old Tampa Highway in Kissimmee was last seen around midnight after an argument with his sister. He was found missing by his mother, who went to check on him around 4:30 a.m. Sunday, according to Sheriffs spokesperson Twis Lizasuian. His family also reports that Smith has the mental capacity of a 12 year-old and takes several medications, none of which are with him.

Smith is described as a white male approximately 6'3 and 230 pounds. He was wearing a black t-shirt with white writing and blue basketball shorts with a white stripe on the side.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Osceola County Sheriff's Office at (407) 348-2222 or Crimeline at 800-423-TIPS (8477). Calls made to Crimeline remain anonymous, and tips that lead to the felony arrest of suspects and/or the recovery of stolen property and drugs are eligible for cash rewards of up to $1,000.
