Another alleged victim has come forward against Brian Shaw, adding 10 more counts of lewd and lascivious molestation charges on the Kenansville area man.

A 13-year-old boy reported to Osceola County deputies on May 1 that Shaw also offered to give him a ride on his four-wheeler between Halloween and Thanksgiving of last year. During that ride, Shaw touched the boy inappropriately 10 times according to the report.

Shaw currently is serving jail time for a similar charge reported on April 28. He allegedly approached a 13-year-old girl in that case and offered her a ride home on his four-wheeler. During the ride back, Shaw stopped the vehicle and started inappropriately touching the girl and tried to kiss her according to police reports. The accounts of the two victims total 13 counts of lewd and lascivious molestation charges and one count battery for Shaw.

Osceola County Sheriff's deputies charged Shaw with three counts of lewd and lascivious molestation and one count of battery in the earlier case.

Shaw had an earlier run-in with Osceola County law enforcement with a 1992 DUI conviction, for which he pleaded guilty but violated his probation twice, including once, when he reported to the jail with alcohol on his breath.
