WACO: 25 YEARS AGO, US USED CHEMICAL WEAPONS AGAINST ITS CHILDRENA look into one of the worst moments in American history

David Knight

CS gas used against babies likely killed them before the fire.

When the FBI and the ATF used CS gas, banned in 100 nations for use even in war, against men, women & children in Waco Texas under the Clinton regime where was the outrage by the media? Did any nation bomb America for using chemical weapons? And 25 years later, mainstream media, relying allegedly Christian cult experts, still focus on the heresy of David Koresh if they cover Waco at all. Do we still burn adults & children for heresy?

The Bible gets a bad review from GQ Magazine -- Although it's the bestselling book in history

By Todd Starnes, Fox News

The editors of GQ Magazine have named the Holy Bible as one of the most overrated books in history. Its ironic considering that a good many folks probably find GQ magazine to be overrated if theyve even bothered to read the magazine.

The Good Book is ranked No. 12 on the magazines list of 21 books you don't have to read before you die. Among the other books on the list are Huckleberry Finn, Lonesome Dove and The Catcher in the Rye. Some are racist and some are sexist, but most are just really, really boring, the editors wrote. Weve been told all our lives that we can only call ourselves well-read once weve read the Great Books. We tried.

Novelist Jesse Ball wrote in GQ: The Holy Bible is rated very highly by all the people who supposedly live by it but who in actuality have not read it. Those who have read it know there are some good parts, but overall it is certainly not the finest thing that man has ever produced. It is repetitive, self-contradictory, sententious, foolish, and even at times ill-intentioned.

The truth is the Bible documents the greatest story ever told a story about agape love and sacrifice and redemption everlasting life. And its also the best-selling book of all time more than 5 billion copies sold, according to Guinness World Records, which also reports that the whole Bible has been translated into 349 languages and says at least one book of the Bible has been translated into 2,123 languages.

The Holy Bible is God-breathed, it is living and active, and it is sharper than a double-edged sword, the Rev. Franklin Graham wrote on Facebook. There is nothing more powerful, and theres nothing more needed by mankind than the Word of God.

DENNIS PRAGER SLAMS NYT BEST-SELLER LISTReligious books and conservative books dont do as well

Infowars.com

Conservative author and political commentator Dennis Prager slammedThe New York Timesbest-seller list, saying, It doesnt tell what the best-selling books are, and religious books and conservative books dont do as well.

Speaking with Foxs Brian Kilmeade, who filled in on Tucker Carlson Tonight, Prager criticized the famous list, arguing, In my particular case, with The Rational Bible, it was number two last week on The Wall Street Journal, number two in Publishers Weekly, number one on Ingram. Ingram is the biggest wholesaler to bookstores in the country. And number two on BookScan, which monitors 75 to 85 percent of the books sold. So that it doesnt even appear on The New York Times best-seller list is a real puzzle.

Its bizarre, Kilmeade agreed, When you have those numbers, I know a little bit about the book business, and if you are on Publishers Weekly and youre ranking high on BookScan, youre usually in that list. And I just find it hard to believe that you cant get BookScan and others to give you numbers to go up The New York Times and say, Hey, tell me who sold more,' he continued. Prager replied, Oh, we have the numbers. It is not a puzzle at all. And it still doesnt matter.Clarifying his position, Prager concluded, Im not a victim. Im not whining. I just want people to know what I have known and many conservatives and many especially religious writers know, its not a best-seller list. People should understand that and then we can move on.

Chick Fil-A Chicken Food Chain Viciously Criticized in Communist controlled Media

Robert Knight

The handful of Chick-fil-A stores in the Big Apple attract long lines. One of them reportedly sells a chicken sandwich every six seconds.

Recent newspaper criticism of Chick-Fil-As Christian culture believes the president of the Atlanta-based fast-food chain committed the ultimate sin six years ago in the eyes of the New York intelligentsia. He said he thought marriage was the union of a man and a woman. You know, the way God created it. And the way Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton described it right up to 2012, after which they embraced the Roman emperor Nero's version. We know the ruling elites in New York are unsettled by Chick-fil-A's enormous success because The New Yorker magazine, their flagship of cool, has done a hit job. Keep in mind that this is not your father's New Yorker, which was chockful of compelling reading and cartoons you'd put on your refrigerator.

You may already have heard of the article by Dan Piepenbring that ran on April 13: "Chick-fil-A's Creepy Infiltration of New York City." Its urban arrogance and contempt for Christianity ticked off not a few people. Which was obviously intentional. To juice readership,

The New Yorker tweeted: "Chick-fil-A's arrival in New York City feels like an infiltration, in no small part because of its pervasive Christian traditionalism." Somehow, I doubt he will do a similar piece fretting about the "infiltration" of hundreds of Muslim immigrants who run food carts and newly opened stores in New York featuring halal food.

Chick-fil-A's "infiltration" of the Big Apple is only the tip of the iceberg. The firm is fast expanding and is expected to become the third largest fast-food chain in the nation, behind only McDonald's and Starbucks by 2020. Subway has the most stores right now, but this is the projection. Founded in 1967 by S. Truett Cathy, who died at age 93 in 2014, Chick-fil-A has 2,300 restaurants in 47 states and had $9 billion in sales in 2017. Operating only six days a week no Sundays hasn't hurt the chain.

German State Orders Crosses Mounted At Government Buildings

Associated Press

BERLIN (April 24, 2018) Bavaria's conservative government is ordering Christian crosses to be placed at the entrance of all state administrative buildings.

The regional government says the crosses shouldn't be seen as religious symbols, but are meant to reflect the southern German state's "cultural identity and Christian-western influence." German news agency dpa reported that Tuesday's decree won't affect municipal and federal government buildings in Bavaria. Crosses are already compulsory in public schools and courtrooms in predominantly Catholic Bavaria. The governing Christian Social Union the Bavaria-only wing of Chancellor Angela Merkel's party is hoping to avoid losing its state majority to Alternative for Germany, a party on the right whose anti-Muslim campaigns have struck a chord with some German voters.

GOOGLE REJECTS CHRISTIAN PUBLISHER OVER 'FAITH WE EXPRESS'Web giant's move 'incredibly sobering and disappointing'

Concordia Publishing House has been in business since 1869 as the official publishing arm of the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod denomination. But apparently the Christian content of its website, particularly an ad for an upcoming Vacation Bible School, is too much for Google AdWords, the online advertising service.

Google, said Concordia CEO Bruce Kintz in a Facebook post Monday, will no longer do business because of the faith we express on our website. .Kintz said one of his associates was told by Google AdWords, as an example, that the Bible challenge on the publishers Vacation Bible School Web page would clearly need to come down before they could consider us for ads.

Incredibly sobering and disappointing, Kintz wrote. It is an uphill battle but our mission and customers are worth it. It is why we are here.

The Bible challenge page has references to Bible verses such as Hebrews 10:23, Let us hold fast the confession of our hope for He who promised is faithful, and Isaiah 43:2, God promises: When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overwhelm you.'

The Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod is evangelical in its theology and doctrine in comparison to the mainline Evangelical Lutheran Church in America.Google and other tech giants are the targets of several discrimination lawsuits.

A former Google engineer, James Damore, was fired after writing a memo accusing the company of alienating conservatives at its Bay Area headquarters. Damore has filed a class-action lawsuit along with another former Google engineer, David Gudeman, for wrongful termination. The suit charges Google discriminated against them and other employees for their political views and for being white males. It also provides evidence that Google managers developed blacklists of conservative employees with whom they wouldnt work on any project. In January, Google was accused of censoring 6 conservative media sites Breitbart, the Daily Caller, Daily Wire, the Blaze, Gateway Pundit and WND by treating them as fake news, with warnings about their content. Google refers people to the far-left Southern Poverty Law Center for reputation research on sites and pages.

NJ high court OK's discrimination against churches

Chris Woodward

A controversial decision issued by the New Jersey Supreme Court maintains that churches in the Garden State should be prohibited from receiving historic preservation grants.

In the case, Freedom from Religion Foundation (FFRF) v. Morris County Board of Chosen Freeholders, the New Jersey Supreme Court ruled that $4.6 million given to 12 churches violates the Religious Aid Clause of the states constitution. Diana Verm, who serves as a counsel at Becket a legal organization based in Washington, D.C. argues that religious liberty is for all, and her group filed a brief in support of the churches.

"The court's decision leaves churches out in the cold and denies the many important contributions they have made to our nation's history and culture," Verm maintains. "Denying widely available historical preservation grants to churches simply because they are churches departs from the U.S. Supreme Court's ruling last summer in Trinity Lutheran that the Constitution prohibits governments from discriminating against religious organizations."

While the New Jersey Supreme Court contends that its ruling does not violate the Free Exercise Clause of the United States Constitution, Verm contends that the U.S. Supreme Court could see things quite differently if the case is appealed to the nation's high court.

Will California go from banning religious books to burning them?

Dr. Michael L. Brown

It's not too late to expose the lies that there is no such thing as ex-gay (or ex-trans). It's not too late to get the truth out to the world. Yes, it's not too late but it is getting later by the second.

Two weeks ago, we warned you about the implications of California's "Must Stay Gay Bill.". Now others are sounding the alarm about the full weight of this onerous bill, which could literally mean the banning of certain religious books. If we don't stop this, what's coming next?

On April 17, David French noted that this bill: "...would actually among other things ban the sale of books expressing orthodox Christian beliefs about sexual morality. Yes, ban the sale of books. "Assembly Bill 2943 would make it an 'unlawful business practice' to engage in 'a transaction intended to result or that results in the sale or lease of goods or services to any consumer' that advertise, offer to engage in, or do engage in 'sexual orientation change efforts with an individual.'"

In other words, it would be illegal for a bookstore to sell my book, Can You Be Gay and Christian? And that would apply all the more if the book was sold to someone with unwanted same-sex attraction. Yes, it would be illegal. Against the law. Punishable by the law.An April 19 headline on the California Policy Council website announced, AB 2943 bans books, conferences, counseling advocating Muslim, Jewish, and Christian views on gender and sexual orientation."

Turkey delays pastor's trial, gets earful from Trump, others

Bill Bumpas

The U.S. government and advocates for persecuted Christians are rallying behind an American pastor who has been imprisoned in Turkey, charged with "Christianization," and faces what would amount to a life sentence.

North Carolina native Andrew Brunson is on trial in Turkey, charged with terrorism and espionage despite his 23 years of service to the Turkish people. The conservative Christian group, the American Center For Law and Justice, has been lobbying for Brunson's release; but on day one of the trial, the Turkish judge refused to release the pastor and delayed the trial until May 7. The 50-year-old, who was arrested in October 2016, is facing 35 years in prison.

Speaking last week in Charlotte, NC, Vice President Mike Pence brought attention to efforts by the Trump administration to bring Brunson home.

Pence: "Andrew Brunson is a minister who's been wrongfully detained in Turkey for a year and a half. As President Trump said this week, he is 'a fine gentleman and a Christian leader' who is 'being persecutedfor no reason.' And today, I join with the President, all the people of North Carolina, and the people of America to say, it's time for Turkey to send Pastor Andrew Brunson home."

ATHEISTS DEMAND IRS BILL CHURCHES $1 BILLION'A devastating practical effect on ministers and their communities'

BOB UNRUH

A demand from atheists that the IRS bill churches and other religious organizations a total of some $1 billion would violate freedom of worship and destroy many congregations, a new court brief contends.

In a case now at the Seventh U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, churches are seeking to overturn a stunning district court decision by Judge Barbara Crabb. At issue is the tax exemption provided for employees whose housing is determined by their employer.

That includes pastors of Christians churches and leaders of congregations of other faiths, often referred to as the parsonage allowance.

It provides that a housing allowance is not considered taxable income when the house is for the convenience of the employer. While pastors do benefit, the tax deduction also is available for workers who live overseas, employees of educational institutes, any member or former member of the uniformed services, government workers living overseas, any American citizen living abroad and others.

Crabbs verdict in the case brought against Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin and others by the Freedom From Religion Foundation found that while the exemption is valid for secular employees, it should not be available for Christian pastors, setting up a discriminatory standard for the benefit.

Organizer: 'Misrepresentation' to say Wheaton gathering was anti-Trump

Steve Jordahl

A group of evangelical leaders who say they're concerned about their witness, given the social and political turmoil of the day, met at Wheaton College last week.

Evangelicals from around the U.S. and the world met on the campus of Wheaton near Chicago to have a conversation about their witness in the age of Trump. Dr. Darrell Bock of Dallas Theological Seminary was one of the organizers of the two-day event.

"The question that we were considering," Bock explains, "was How do we speak consistently to Christian beliefs and values in the very turmoil-filled environment that we currently function in?" According to Bock, a broad cross-section of evangelicals was invited to the Wheaton campus young and old, from a variety of cultures and organizations. One group, however, that represents 78 percent of American evangelicals, according to polls, was not invited. Evangelicals who support President Trump, like evangelist Franklin Graham and Dallas pastor Robert Jeffress.

"I've heard some rumblings from people about, Well, certain people weren't invited. We knew where they were they were content with defending what was happening," Bock explains. "We wanted to have our conversation first with each other, and then we were quite willing to have conversations with others."

In fact, CBN's David Brody and Jenna Browder reported on Fox & Friends that several people left in a huff early on. Broday said "The first [day] became basically this anti-Donald Trump free-for-all and got so many folks ticked off [that some] people walked out."

CALIFORNIA TO BAN THE SALE OF BIBLES?The Lefts hatred of Christianity on full display

Conservative Tribune

When you think about the censorship and outright banning of books and opinions, do you imagine the United States of America?

Or, more likely, does that kind of suppression strike you more as the tactics of communists or fascists that America has frequently fought against?

If liberal lawmakers in California get their way, that west coast state may be one step closer to being unrecognizable as part of the United States. A bill currently pending in the legislature would essentially ban the sale of books that include traditional Christian views on marriage and sexuality.

Shockingly, the proposed law could even be construed to make it illegal to sell Bibles, since they include verses that the far left finds unacceptable.

WASHINGTONIANS LESS RELIGIOUS THAN EVER, GALLUP POLL FINDSWashington has never been as secular as it is right now

Seattle Times

Ever since pollsters began asking Americans about their faith, Washington has ranked among the less-religious states in the country. But Washington has never been as secular as it is right now.

A record number of state residents didnt identify with any religion in 2017, according to polling giant Gallup. Forty-seven percent of adults in the state say they are not religious, and seldom or never attend services. When Gallup began polling about religious belief at the state level in 2008, 43 percent of Washingtonians identified as nonreligious. That number didnt change much year-to-year, except for a hard-to-explain dip to 41 percent in 2013 (the nation as a whole also saw the percentage of nonreligious drop that year).

After that, the number started to rise. Thats true for many other states as well. In fact, the U.S. as a whole is also at a record high, with 33 percent saying they are not religious.

Christian Media developed our newsgathering system in response to the Fake News phenomenon, and the lack of media integrity in an era of biased news reporting due to political and financial considerations. The commercial Internet interests are also incredibly dishonest as many categorize anyone who reports the truth from a Christian perspective as propagating hate material thus the bulk Email distribution of the ChristianMediaDaily News is frequently under fire.

Although we attempt to send the ChristianMediaDaily News exclusively to institutions and individuals who profess JESUS CHRIST as their Lord and Saviour, errors do occur. If this material is unwanted, we ask for your civility (and patience) in requesting deletion from our lists. As clicking Unsubscribe via the Internet Server running the bulk Emailing software which sent you this news update does not remove your name from our internal master database, if you desire deletion, we ask you to forward the news page you received to Christianmedia1@Christianmediaupdate.com, and put the word REMOVE in the subject line.

Christian Media has been raised up by the LORD to communicate some amazing things concerning prophecy in these treacherous times and this is accomplished through an adjacent prophecy publication entitled the Christian Media Communique. Further, Christian Media has an eye-opening, on-demand video elaborating on the crucial facts presented each week in the Communique. In recent times, these videos have included predictions concerning the enormous turn of events associated with the current Trump phenomenon. However, the enemy has already sown tares in this vineyard, and we choose not to provide the website links here, as those who think theyre doing God service are tirelessly trying to excise the truth from the Internet.

Viewing of the weekly online video on prophecy is completely free (as is the receipt of the weekly ChristianMediaDaily news wrap-up, and the Communique), and we greatly desire as many as possible will see it (a new video replaces it every week), but to examine this subject further, we ask for a green light from you to send you the link. Further, because there are many vested interests which are threatened by the content the Christian Media ministry provides, regular efforts are made to penetrate our ranks including hacker attacks. Incredibly, weve already proven that Christian parties have actually hired hackers to take down our websites (Matthew 13:29). Thus, we desire to weed out those who are insincere about further examinations of the truth of the Gospel, so we send the links to our Internet materials via surface mail.

One of the reasons we undertook the presentation of the news, is because the major media interests in Christianity have carefully avoided disseminating the prophetic facts concerning events which we have predicted. This is not a recent phenomenon, as we had a written prophecy of the assassination of Yitzhak Rabin of Israel in print over 2 years before it occurred in 1995, yet media outlets refused to acknowledge it. Christian Media carried a written prediction of the 911 terrorist event years before it occurred in 2001. Unfortunately, to this very day, only our existing constituency is aware of this crucial fact. The underwater disaster, in which the British Petroleum oil spill caused unprecedented ecological damage to the Gulf Coast of the USA in 2010, was repeatedly predicted to last 5 months a prophecy which was fulfilled to the very day.

The election of Donald Trump was predicted by many; yet Christian writers summarizing the voices who saw it coming have scrupulously omitted Christian Medias extensive predictive words on the subject.

There is a conspiracy of her prophets in the midst thereof, like a roaring lion ravening the prey (Ezekiel 22:25).

As we move through the wilderness of this world, even our Internet domains are subject to be seized by the dark powers, so we urge all those who hear the voice of the LORD in these words, to seek the LORD while He may yet be found. As those who have inherited the light of God through Christs marvelous work,

[We] must work the works of him that sent [us], while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work (John 9:4).

To get our current Internet links, and receive full access to all of the Christian Media materials, simply forward this News page to Christianmedia1@Christianmediaupdate.com with the word YES! in the subject line, and your name and postal mailing address in the body of the email, and well send you the links to the multiple websites Christian Media operates -- which freely host extensive written prophetic material, multiple radio shows, and the video related to the weekly prophecy article.

If youve already responded with a YES! and your name and mailing address after receiving a prior issue of this Internet periodical, you do not need to reply again, as the links we send you through surface mail provide you with an offline record on how to access all of our websites.

In case any of our friends missed it, we again note a feature of the ChristianMediaNetwork radio streams. Its called a phone bridge, and people who have no access to the Internet can call on their telephone and listen to Bible Prophecy on the CMN radio stream over the phone, at any hour. Long distance call rates apply, but if you have flat rate calling, or you just want to listen for a awhile (the radio version of the weekly 2 hour Apocalypse Chronicles video program runs daily at 9 AM and 6 PM Pacific time), our 24/7 live radio stream can be heard by anyone with a telephone. To listen, just call 701/801/4180.

Please direct any correspondence to us by writing to the address below, or call our voice mail at 541/899/8888, and leave your name and postal mailing address, and well send you further information.

Blessed is he who comes in the name of the LORD!
