Dougles Chan has been in business for over 25 years, with a deep passion for mentoring and coaching recruitment and staffing agencies owners. When he first wanted to start a recruitment and staffing agency last time, he is not able to find any mentor or coach that is willing to teach him the skills and knowledge in the recruitment business. Hence he started a new recruitment business with zero knowledge and skills and learn from zero. Having no experience, he formulated his own methods without taking any references of the recruitment industry which because of that, he make a breakthrough in the staffing agencies business and generates more sales faster and many times more than a normal staffing agency.

Before the economic meltdown, he started to realized that the staffing industry average earning is getting lesser every year and also knowing that every staffing and recruitment company is copying one another and has no innovation to make their recruitment business better. Which he decided to close his staffing business and put all his focus in transferring his recruitment business skills to new or existing staffing and recruitment agencies owner who wanted to scale their business to a higher level.

His journey in the recruitment coaching and mentoring is not easy as the industry is filled with skeptical recruitment business owners, however, as he continues to educate and show better methods to close more sales and more business owners in the recruitment and staffing industry across the global in UK, USA, South Korea and many more are opening up with new ideas, bigger recruitment firms started to approach him to seek his professional consulting services. Even industry top guns who are over 40 years in the recruitment business are also seeking Dougles Chan to help their recruitment companies to scale to another height.
