While I might not be our core demographic, I use social all the time and I believe that people are looking for that human connection from brands. They are looking to get real responses from real people to see the character and personality of that brand come through. We can create a beautiful TV spot but with traditional media all we can do is package it and the conversation is done. This two way conversational nature of social is what makes it so different and so valuable.
