Kim Jong Il Remembered in Different Countries

Pyongyang, December 14 (KCNA) -- A seminar on leader Kim Jong Il's work "Abuses of Socialism Are Intolerable" was held in Switzerland, and seminars on his exploits in Finland and India on Dec. 6 and 9 on the occasion of the 3rd anniversary of his demise.

Martin Lotscher, chairman of the Switzerland-Korea Committee, said in a report that Kim Jong Il in his work explained the reactionary nature of the base and vicious moves of the imperialists and renegades of socialism to stifle it and the main cause of its collapse in various countries.

Antti Sika Aho, chairman of the Finland-Korea Society, and other speakers said that Kim Jong Il developed in depth the Juche idea, turned the Workers' Party of Korea into an invincible party forming a harmonious whole with the masses, and frustrated the imperialists' moves to stifle the DPRK and reliably defended the dignity of the country and socialism.

Wipin Gupta, chairman of the Juche Philosophy Study Committee of India, said that Kim Jong Il performed great feats to go down in the world history of politics.

Thanks to his Songun politics the Korean People's Army has grown to be an army strongest in ideology and faith and invincible combat ranks ready for both attack and defense, and the DPRK turned into an invincible military power, he said.

He expressed conviction that under the Songun leadership of HE Kim Jong Un the Korean people would surely build a thriving socialist nation demonstrating the might of Kim Il Sung's and Kim Jong Il's Korea before the whole world.

A message to Kim Jong Un was adopted at the seminar held in Finland.
