Organisers have announced the main acts for this years BAMfest - Bedale Acoustic Music Festival. Now in it's 3rd year the acoustic musicfestival will take place from from Friday 29th until Sunday 31st May in Bedale, in North Yorkshire.

Among the artists appearing at BAMfest this year will be Martin Stephenson & the Daintees, Blackbeard's Tea Party, The Young'Uns, BabaJack, Henry Priestman & Men Of A Certain Age, Duncan McFarlane, and Rob Heron and the Tea Pad Orchestra.

The line-up will also include Rod Clements, Cathryn Craig and Brian Willoughby, Les Barker, Jon Palmer, Flossie Malavialle, Roomful of Mirrors, Plumhall, Maniere des Bohemiens, Merlin's Keep, The Backyard Buskers, Shindig, Gilded Thieves, Rita Payne, Aelfen, Fireside Knights, Niamh Boadle, Zeke Deighton, Sound Tradition, The Nick Rooke Band, Rooster's Cat, Mark Harrison, Amy Naylor, Keystone Acoustic, Yan Tan Tether, and Uketopians. With more acts yet to be announced.

Organiser John Knighton said, "Our first two festivals delivered a real mix of musical styles and this year is no different. I am really excited by the amount of musical talent we are bringing to Bedale."

An early bird weekend ticket with camping is priced at 60, and a ticket for those aged under 16 years is priced at 30. A Family Weekend Ticket (2 adults/2 children) is priced at 150.

A Friday ticket is priced at 25, a Saturday ticket is priced at 40, and a Sunday ticket is priced at 30.

There is camping available priced at 7.50 per person per night.
