The management team at SEO Positive treated staff to a night out at Essex hotspot Southend Casino to celebrate a record month for sales.

Ben Austin, Managing Director at SEO Positive, treated his staff to a night out at the Rendezvous Southend Casino to thank all for their hard work and commitment throughout the Christmas period.

The majority of the team and many of their partners attended the night, which began with the party quiet drinks in Chelmsford before making the short journey to the seaside town in a black Hummer limo.

And the SEO agency truly does have a reason to celebrate. January of this year was in fact the firm’s most successful month to date, with the business development division achieving record acquisitions thanks to a noticeably more aggressive in-house marketing campaign and the expansion of its sales team to accommodate for an increase in demand for SEO, PPC and social media services.

Ben believes that organising regular social events outside of work hours encourages better relationships amongst his staff and forms a greater sense of teamwork and unity at what is a crucial time for the development of his business.

“I’ve always placed huge emphasis on building bonds between the team,” Ben explains. “As a team we’re incredibly focused yet have created a great office atmosphere as we move forward into expanding the company even further.”

SEO Positive was established in 2007 in Chelmsford, Essex with the aim of bringing effective yet affordable online marketing services to companies from all industries and backgrounds.
