I agree with that 100%!

However, I disagree with you100% when it comes to locking someone up for non payment. I dont give a rats if it is for child support or anything else.

I agree with that 100% too, which means locking them up will have zero effect on them and the money thieving govt will still never see any money, neither will the woman, so its probably best she gets off her backside and go earn the money.

And I want to make something clear here. If the woman has a job and is earning enough money to raise the child, then they should not have to chase the father up for money. SHE DOESNT NEED IT! Especially if the mother is preventing access. She deserves not a bloody cent.

In fact she should be put in prison for committing a heinous act against an innocent child victim!

The only reason they do chase a father up for child support when the mother is already earning enough, is purely a de facto alimony. Nothing else!

Too many men and women have been demanding that MEN are locked up for every conceivable crime, no matter what it is or who it affects. That is an abuse against mens human rights and it has to stop.

I agree with Paul Elam when he said that a vote of guilty as a juror in a rape case, would not happen. I am the same. The whole process of collecting evidence right the way through to what the judge has forced the jury to consider and to not consider, is so full of lies, deception and manipulation, that there is no way anyone could safely come to a guilty verdict.

The same applies to calling any man a deadbeat then locking him up, because he resolutely refuses to pay the extortion money to the woman.

There are a myriad of Tees to cross and Eyes to dot, before you could even consider if the father is a mongrel or not. The likelihood that the child is not his, is very high. Can you believe anything that comes out of the mouth of the mother?

The doubt is there my friend.

Until they clean up the whole system by getting rid of the family.sorry, divorce court, child support depts and alimony payments, then there is no way any man can be expected to pay anything and neither should he be punished if he chooses to not pay.

And let me point out as my parting comment as I hit the fart sack down here in the southern hemisphere.

The number of men who would be that cold that they would knowingly abandon their own flesh and blood, would be less than some ridiculous number like .0000000001% of the male population. And yep, thats a ridiculous guess!

On the contrary though, a very large proportion of mothers would abandon their own flesh and blood to save their own skin and they would not give a seconds thought at doing it either. They know they can punch out another kid anytime they like. Fathers on the other hand, cant do a damn thing without the permission of a woman.

So every child is worth much more to men than they are for women!
