Munich, January 20, 2014 - As the year starts, Bremen-headquartered Allgeier IT Solutions GmbH is acquiring a majority interest in Dsseldorf-based IT services-provider innocate solutions gmbh. Their joint service portfolios are to be combined under the Allgeier Group's overall management in the future, tapping further market potentials, in particular with the future-oriented Microsoft SharePoint technologies.
With this transaction, Allgeier is continuing to further develop its group of companies as part of the implementation of Allgeier Agenda 2015. Allgeier is continuously focusing its business model on high-growth areas offering above-average development potential. Through acquiring this interest in innocate solutions, Allgeier is further expanding its position in the important market for Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Unified Communications solutions.
Dsseldorf-based IT services-provider innocate solutions gmbh, which was founded in 2003, specialises in communication and productivity solutions based on Microsoft technologies, in particular SharePoint.
